Busy luxury Dermatology Clinic and Medical Spa practice is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Midtown Manhattan location, for both medical and cosmetic Dermatology.
Candidate must be a self-motivated, responsible, positive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills. An ability to work independently and also cohesively as a team is a must, as you will be working directly with our medical providers, fellow medical assistants, and front desk staff every day. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively and takes pride in excellent patient care. You must have a friendly, outgoing and positive demeanor, as our team is extremely dedicated to patient care and we are highly customer service oriented. We need someone who is comfortable assisting and interacting with patients and during procedures, documenting notes into electronic medical records, and efficient in patient follow up.
While candidates with medical, cosmetic and hospitality experience are preferred, it is not required and we are happy to teach the right candidate more about skincare and aesthetic treatments. We are also will to train candidates during their gap year. Must be a fast learner, willing to learn, positive attitude, people person, and interested in skincare and dermatology. We are looking for a medical assistant who is passionate about aesthetics as we continue to grow this part of our practice.
