Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with a variety of projects and initiatives. This entry-level role will assist with marketing calendars, social media content, graphic design, event and trade show coordination, vendor communication, marketing collateral, and product launch activities.
The ideal candidate is a creative and highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with internal teams, external vendors, agency partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the marketing calendar and support multiple marketing projects and initiatives.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, trade shows, workshops, and other marketing activities.
- Support social media marketing and advertising activities across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram .
- Create, coordinate, and maintain social media and other marketing content.
- Measure and report social media engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with online search marketing, keyword content, and analytical reporting.
- Create and support the development of graphic design assets for digital, retail, trade events, and internal communications.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, posters, banners, displays, packaging, literature, and other promotional materials.
- Work with agency partners and internal teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal resources on go-to-market deliverables and product launch activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, customers, sales teams, and other business partners.
- Assist with trade show booth setup, breakdown, product shipments, collateral, and sample inventory.
- Coordinate marketing collateral inventory and delivery to appropriate channels.
- Manage product sample inventory and coordinate product loan requests, fulfillment, tracking, and shipments to media.
- Support photography and marketing asset creation for product launches, social media campaigns, workshops, and other initiatives.
- Provide general support for marketing communications projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field .
- Prior experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or a related role .
- Hands-on experience with graphic design and graphic design software.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation .
- Experience with project coordination or project management .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, agency partners, customers, and management.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of basic graphic design principles.
Preferred Skills - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools .
- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or industry conferences .
- Experience with marketing analytics and social media engagement reporting.
- Experience with photography or digital content production.
- Experience working with external agencies or vendors.

Working Conditions - Primarily an office-based role in Parsippany, NJ .
- Occasional travel may be required for industry events and trade shows.
- Position may require standing and moving for extended periods during events and trade shows.
- Occasional lifting and handling of products, marketing materials, and event equipment may be required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work extensively on a computer.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
